Car Lift - Plc Controlled Hydraulic Lift With Variable Height Adjustment, Retractable Brackets For Secure Car Body Support, Geared Lock For Conveyor Integration

USHA has developed a state of the out Car Lift as per German standard for M/s.Mercedez Benz (India) for the Car assembly line project at Pune.

The equipment has facility to raise Car body attached to it to variable height and also stops at 3 fixed positions to facilitate convenient working under Car body.

The equipment is controlled by a PLC based paud & has a very compact BUILT IN Hydraulic power pack using imported compact hydraulic valves.
There is a special adaptor frame fitted on the top to suit undercarriage of different models of cars. This frame has special retractable brackets which hold the car body firmly to help attach suspension parts including springs. The equipment also has a geared lock to couple the trolley to a conveyor line.
