Our machine is known for their durability, easy operation and long functional life. The driving mechanism has 1 hp, 1440 rpm and 3 phase electric motor. The motor will be coupled to reduction gear box assembly with driving chain and sprocket. It has four numbers of high quality special Garware Bristol Brush set. Drive is securely mounted at one end of the bath with water tight removable cover. The brush drive shaft is extending through end wall and it is fitted with scale to prevent ingress of water from the bath to the drive unit and baring is protected from moisture and has sufficient greasing points.
Our flow and drain connections are made from SS and the drain pipe is provided with a SS cock and both the pipes are brought down near the floor level
