This is premixed oil based calcium hydroxide paste containing Iodoform & Barium Sulphate. The addition of Iodoform and Barium Sulphate to calcium hydroxide improves antibacterial and radiopacity to the paste. Calcipaste is a Non Hardening paste, and solubilized calcium hydroxide remains active in root canal for a longer time.

Application:
Used for pulp capping and pulpotomy. Apexifications and hard tissue formation. Treats infected root canals, abscesses and pre apical lesions. Treats traumatic injuries, root resorption, fractures and perforations and also treats pus, hemorrhage and weeping canals.
