Structure Characteristics:-
1. Cake/bread feeding and packing line consist of distantiation conveyor, transition conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Cake, bread and other products are spaced out first, and then arranged by feeding unit, after that the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging.Synchronous alcohol spray and air inflation is available.
2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180 bags/min.
3. The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of single feeding and packing line is 6.2KW (including the packing machine3.4KW).
