Structure Characteristics:-
1. Biscuit feeding and packing line consist of distantiation conveyor, transition conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Biscuits and other products are spaced out and distributed, and then the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging. The packing line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low reject rate, and beautiful appearance.
2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180 bags/min.
3. The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of single feeding and packing line is 6.2KW (including the packing machine).

Advantages
1.By the use of multi-stage differential distantiation and multi-grade feeding belt, the products are arranged neatly, location accurate and high speed.
2.Equipped with stainless steel or nylon baffle.
3.Dismantle the belts without tools, crumble slots are installed in the connecting places and in the bottom of the belt, easy to maintain, save time and effort.
4.Simplified structure, easy operation, convenient cleaning and maintenance, ita s easy and fast to change films and setting when changing products with different size.
5.Standard configuration equipped with food grade white PU belt, blue anti-microbial belt and anti-sticking belt are optionally available.
