Button Grade Resin is a transparent, semi-liquid unsaturated polyester casting resin manufactured by Samrat Poly Resins at Doraha, Ludhiana, Punjab. It is formulated for clarity, hardness and a fine, polishable surface finish.
Typical applications: polyester buttons and fashion accessories, small decorative mouldings and novelty items, and transparent or pigmented casting work.
Published properties: Appearance: transparent. Viscosity: 1,100 cPs. Gel time: 9.5 minutes. Styrene content: 33%. Cured at room temperature with MEKP and cobalt octoate.
Packing: 225 kg drum. Technical data sheet and safety data sheet available on request.
