The Machine is used for Cutting (shaping and finishing) - Solid Fired Bricks, Concrete Blocks, Carbon Bricks, Chrome Bricks, Natural Marble, limestone, Granite, Refractory, Tiles etc. The Machine is complete with Motor and Starter. The brick is placed and fixed to the Sliding Table which is mounted on Heavy Duty Frictionless Bearings for smooth travel. The Base stand of the machine is provided with a Foot-Pedal for operating and cutting standard Bricks and Blocks. The foot-pedal (attached with springs) makes the Cutter-arm move vertically upwards or downwards as required, for engaging or disengaging the cutting action. The cutting is done by a Diamond segmented cutting wheel of Circular form and is supplied fitted to the machine. The Cutter fitted to the cutter arm stands on four sturdy legs designed to give very high rigidity thus eliminating all chances of vibrations. The structure is also provided with a hollow cone Form which can be attached with a suction pipe to suck out the dusts formed during cutting. Power is transmitted from the Motor by V-Pulleys and V-Belts.
