Manual brick cutting machine has been designed to meet the wants of brick plants of small scale capacity requiring a perfect bricks, hollow blocks, etc. It can cut up to ten bricks at a time. It consists of a column cutter and a multi-wire cutter .The first operation consisted of cutting of extruded clay column to a fixed length manually. Then the clay column pushes manually by a lever to multi-cutter, through a set of parallel fixed wires and cut into bricks or blocks of required dimensions. The machine is designed for easy operation and easy handling. It requires only minimum maintenance. The position of wires can be conveniently adjusted to cut brick of different sizes. A specially designed cutting wire changing system helps to improve the production time in case breakage of wire.
