Introduction:

his unique device is used for real time data logging and monitoring of the parameters of any Bulk Milk Cooler (BMC). It incorporated the latest state-of-art technology in delivering high-end results of the BMC. This device provides the efficiency of the BMC. It can operate of mains, battery and solar. This device can also monitor two compartment BMC.

Working:

1. Live status

a. Once the data is received on the web server side , the web applications shows the live status of the connected BMCs. i.e current status (current temperature & Current Volume ) from the connected BMCs

b. Web Application also decodes the status work received from the individual BMCs and decodes the status and can create multiple useful alerts.

i. e.g. if temp. > 4 deg cent, then it send the alerts to users

ii. e.g. the diesel consumption is significantly more in once of the BMC

iii. The Volume collected in one of the BMCs is greater than Threshold

c. Web application also sends the live reports over Emails to the users.

d. Data Logger also sends the real time alerts on SMS based on various user configurable set points.

2.Summary dashboard

Summary dash board allows dairy owners to see the total collection of milk volume and current temperature of each of the BMCs. The Summary is created at each taluka level. Next level of summary allows summary of the individual taluka level details

3. Reports

Real time milk collection report, Total Milk collected for day for individual BMCs, Total Milk collected for day for all the BMCs, Total Power utilization by individual BMCs, Total Power utilization by all BMCs, Diesel Consumption by individual BMCs, Diesel consumption by all the BMCs, Temperature deviations report for individual BMCs, Temperature deviation for all the BMCs
