Introduction:MAMCU i.e. Mobilis based AMCU is the next generation of PC based AMCU & will be a green revolution in Dairy Industry. Mobilis is aUnique Solar Powered Computing Device designed, developed & manufactured by DSK Digital.

            At Milk Collection Center, in addition to atomization of Milk Collection process, MAMCU carries a unique d2b concept i.e. dairy to bank.With d2b concept farmers bill amount is directly deposited in its bank account and even without going in bank, he/ she can withdrawmoney as per requirement directly from Milk collection center. MAMCU is characterized by 3 level security, power efficiency & solar powercharging. Quality Milk Collection, quick payments & Risk minimization in handling the cash are the results.

Working:Once farmer brings milk to center, operator carries out nimble Milk collection, with few steps. Automated process reads weight  fromWeighing Scale & analyzed samples data from Milk Analyzer. Then based on Rate Chart, Milk Rate is calculated & a collection receiptprintout is taken in regional language along with voice confirmation. Going ahead, integrated connectivity plays a vital role for real timedata transfer in encrypted format. Master data from HO including Rate Charts will be fetched from HO FTP server to MAMCU before everyshift or on demand basis. Shift collection summary along with Dispatch note & producer details will be pushed to HO FTP server duringevery shift close. Fall back system of manual data transfer through external drives is also. Real time data sync with HO database helps to complete the payment cycle on time.

Operator gets appointed as a Business Correspondent (BC) for the Bank to enroll every Milk producer and to facilitate with No Frills bank account Smart card as per IDRBT standards. Inbuilt Camera with QWERTY keyboard adds the power of productivity during enrollment with Biometric sensor as per UIDAI standards.

Payment from HO gets deposited in respective Milk producer's bank account directly & the Milk producers are open to withdraw theirmoney on the same day. Integrated dual Smart card reader writer and SAM card with key management system with Biometric sensor provides a secured transaction. Integrated connectivity provides real time data transfer from & to bank for reconciliation on the same day.Finally the operator in turn acts as BC for the bank and the Milk Collection Center in turn transforms into Ultra Small Branch (USB) of the Bank .
