Fully objective test providing quantification of leak value with Accept/Reject status declaration.
Avoids operator subjectivity in water dipping test.
Testing principles: Checks backpressure required for specific air flow.
System provides Test Data Acquisition with Date-Time stamp and dedicated PC software for uploading.
Microprocessor based system with fixed steps (clamp-start flow-stabilize-test back-pressure-vent-unclamp)
Sequence with at-site menu driven parameter programming.
Option of Manual/Semi-automatic/Automatic component loading-clamping-testing-unclamping-unloading.
