MIXING AND DISCHARGE: The reversible drum mixer produces concrete of high quality when the drum is rotating and the mix is discharged when the drum is reversed.
LOADING HOPPER: The loading hopper is fabricated from welded steel plate and strongly reinforced the loading lips. It is raised and lowered through a hydraulic jack and power pack system and the operation is by a single lever.
WATER: Water is controlled through a water pump with auto cut off digital timer is provided in the operation panel for accurate discharge of water into the mixer drum.
MIXING DRUM: The mixing drum is fabricated from M.S.Steel and has 4 mixing blades and two discharge blades and the drum moving on heavy duty m.s.rollers. Gear ring is made of M.S. Steel for extra long life.
