This
machine is used for stock removal of heat treated balls and also to
control the ovality and improve good surface finish. The machine
consists of one abrasive wheel and one gap late of alloy cost iron.
Alos four diamond dressors are used to dress the abrasive wheel. These
diamonds automatically dresses the abrasive wheel with a special
attachment while grinding machine is working. The loading capacity of
this machine is 250 kgs. And power consumption is 17 hp (with drive
type of dynbo drive or frequency drive) with 30 KW planetary gear box.
