The hardened steel balls are available in different hardness, as required, in both high carbon steel and chrome alloy steel. Precise heat treatment insures their resistance to flaking, chipping or spelling.

We are producing these balls in Medium frequency Induction furnace and casting is done in sand prepared moulds only to get the desired quality. Then it is suitable heat treated to obtain the required hardness and microstructure. The hardness at any point across the section of ball is not less than 375 HB and of High Chrome Balls is HRC 58-63.
