1-1/2 Ibs. Basa fish Fillets
2 tbsp fresh parsely. chopped
1 lemon (6 wedges)
1 tbsp oil
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
In bottom of shallow baking or broiling pan, spread oli,lemon juice,and pepper.
Swish fish around in pan, coating both sides. Sprinkle with parsely.
Broil 3-4 minutes on each side or until edges are browned.
Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with salt or additional lemon and pepper.
