Core Technologies offers wide range of BULK BAGGING Machine Controllers, Marathon 5603 is the vastly improved version our popular model UC-603. This Controller provides not only for Bulk, Dribble and Discharge operations, but also for MULT-DUMP for bagging up to 1.6MT. An ultra high precision Strain Gauge Load cell signal conditioning and high performance analog to digital converter ensure superior accuracy and speed through out the temperature range 0A C to 50A C. In-flight weight correction is automatic. The displayed weight and actual weight match is perfect resulting in high repeatability and accuracy at relatively high speeds.
Variants of the basic model include AUXILIARY Control I-Os, Plant Performance Monitoring DATA LOGGING, Printer Inter face, Remote Display and SCADA interface.
Our unique feature "DRY TEST" helps the user to test all I-Os with out actually running the machine without material loss. Single shot front panel key operated calibration, Auto correction of Bulk and dribble cut points to compensate for feed rate variations makes the controller run un attended for hours at a stretch.
