Surfacing overlay welding process description
1) Roller working in high temperature and cyclic loading conditions, the working condition is very bad, requires surface wear resistant, anti thermal fatigue and abrasion resistance
2) Welding should be preheated slow cooling and heat treatment after welding, in order to achieve the purpose of easy processing and improve performance.
3) The process is: the roller rough machining, ultrasonic testing, pre heating and automatic submerged arc welding (heat preservation), post weld heat treatment, the roll surface finishing, surfacing layer hardness inspection, ultrasonic inspection, and qualified storage standby
4) Submerged arc welding wire and flux: cored wire diameter: 4mm or flux cored wire with the diameter of 3.2mm; sintered flux SJ107 or SJ10
5) Submerged arc welding equipment: MZ-1000 submerged arc welding power, electric heating furnace (annealing), electrical insulation furnace, three head automatic surface welding, flux recovery system
