Prism Packaging
Auger Filler is a versatile powder filling machine for dosing free
flowing as well as non free flowing powders like Pharmaceutical
powders, Chemical powders, Talcum powder, Pesticide powder Ground
spices, Ground Coffee, Flours, Milk powder etc.
The machine operates on the principle of Positive Displacement Screw operating under constant head.
The precisely
designed Auger displaces the product through funnel into the pouch /
container held under the funnel. The filling cycle is controlled by an
Electromagnetic Clutch/Brake unit an Electronic Auger with frequency
drive or servo auger for very high accuracy can also be provided.
Microdoser can be provided for very small grammars and Jumbo Auger for
big grammars.

setting. Fast and easy size change over. All setting made via. touch
key and interactive message on screen.

Description
Vertical
From Fill and Seal machine for producing pillow / Center Sealed and
Filled pouches fully automatically from single reel of Laminate /
Packaging material height of pouch controlled by Microprocessor based
Print Registration system. Triple Electrical Protection provided
Machine provided with Perspex and Steel Guards.
The center or
vertical sealing is done by clutch brake drive round sealers and
horizontal sealing is done by pneumatically operated sealing jaws.
The film is drawn by the vertical sealers. The machine is available with filling systems like Auger, cup or weigh fillers.
Applications
Non free flowing powders like Milk powder, Spices, Insecticides, Coffee etc.
