Autoclavable Pouches

Technical Characteristics:
a c Non Tearing and Shaterless Film

A unique film specifically formulated to eliminate tearing, a major weakness in standard materials. The resistance to tear is some 10 times greater and virtually prevents any shattering on seals when opening.

a c Paper
The paper used for Pouches and Reels incorporates an adapted surface treatment which not only allows uniform and constant heat sealing, but will also reduce considerably the shedding of fibre when opened.

a c Indicator

The indicators are placed between the 2 layers of film (intra film) and :
- Eliminates risk of paper damage.
- Prevents offsetting and leaking of ink.
- Require greater challenge to steam penetration.
- Steam required to penetrate pack to activate.
- Continuous line of indicators increases pack coverage.
