O.k. Cycle 121

The O.K. Cycle 121 chemical integrator strips are designed for use in pre-vacuum steam sterilizers operating at 121 Degree Celsius and at 134 Degree Celsius. The O.K. Cycle 121 ingegrator strips gives visual confirmation that sterilizations conditions were met at point of placement in the sterilizer chamber.

During steam sterilization the four indications spots change from purple to green.
For 121 Degree Celsius cycles, verify that indicator spots 1, 2, 3, have turned from purple to green.

Fpr 134 Degree Celsius, verify that indicator spots 1 and 2 have turned from purple to green. Spot 3 changes to green after spot 2 giving the user more information about the cycle. Spot 4 change to green in sterilization cycles exceeding 12 minutes.
