Design conception:
1, Use special designed machine to weld the dashboard.
2, All the electrical connection by Heavy duty fast connectors
3, The pneumatic system connected by pneumatic fast connector.
4, There are air cool blower at every welding position.
5, The equipment driven by pneumatic.
6, The heating mould has two locks after moving back to the original position.
7, The fixture mould is made by Aluminum alloy or Nylon.
8, There is workpiece test sensor on the mould, if not workpiece on the machine, the welding cycle can't start.
9, Equipment has optical grating to protect the operator, and any door open, the machine will stop working.
10, Equipment adopt the PLC control system, man-machine interface text is English.
11, One welding cycle by one stroke.

Production Ability:
1, The cycle time is 30-50 seconds / PCS (not including the loading and unloading)
2, The machine running time could be 11 hours per shift by 2 shifts every day.
