Attendance/access Control Terminal

Micro BEN Smart is a sleek, classy ABS molded Attendance& Access control system designed for smaller companies,Branch offices and Administrative departments.

This easy-to-install terminal is designed for standalone or online operation.It has a data memory for 5000 transactions and 250 IDs, three function keys (including IN/OUT,Reason Code etc.), one numeric keyboard & an illuminated LC Display. The terminal records "In/Out" times as well as breaks with casual show of the Contact less Smart Card. The keypad allows for PIN entry, in case of card not being there or for opening the lock for visitors etc. MicoBEN Smart can be connected to a door lock, which is opened only on card validation,hence deterring proxy punching and barring unwanted visitors.For Exiting, an exit switch or an optional EXIT Smart card Reader can be used. The data are uploaded to a PC for Time Office related Reports and data required for Payroll generation.
