Ase Foam Rebonding Machine

These Rebonding Machine (Automatic) is formed with foam cutting waste scrap. Scrap is turned granular in shredding machine. Granular as transferred with and put into mixer. Some certain chemicals as per required for rebonding. After mixing in the mixer it is transferred into heating chamber and press to make different density foam. After the chamber is streamed in a definite time period there by making a fresh cake, different coloured pieces of foam, can be cut down to mattresses.
