Specification

* Density 9 to 45.

Fall Plate: 5 sectioned adjustable in height in relation one another. the panel indication the height of each part individual motor makes the adjustment of height. The length of total plate is 22 ft.

Control Panel

* PLC control fully automation for easy operation of machine.
* Manual Operation: Electronic and pneumatic control set by side for easy operation
o All the measuring pump motors are controlled by AC drive
o Digital temperature indicator meters & RPM meters.

Conveyor: Double width 50ft.

Ventilation tunnel: MS steel pipe made covered with 12mm water proof ply-board. The height from the conveyor is 1.8 ntrs. The width of the tunnel is fixed 1220mmX13500mm. It has two powerful fans to remove polluted air.

Paper feeding: Bottom paper feeding from the back side of control panel side papers are feed from vertical & support location both sides of the tunnel. All the papers are automatically rewind at the end of tunnel with help of rewinder drive system.
