AKD emulsion is a neutral sizing agent widely used in the papermaking process. Neutral paper making can increase the strength of paper, reduce the phenomenon of powder and lint, and improve the print ability of paper. It can be applied to all kinds of culture paper, board paper, newsprint, fruit bag paper and packing paper that require sizing in the production of wood pulp, reed pulp and American waste pulp. It can be applied in a wide range of pH value (7-9). The most suitable manufacturing condition is pH (7.5-8.5). The calcium carbonate can be used as filler and it can replace the traditional rosin acid sizing totally.
