Properties

When Blended with Compounds

It gives good Dispersion, even with higher level of Accelerator ZN-MBT. The compound have good processing safety and storage stability at room temp. When blended with latex compounds. It has sensitizing effect on rubber latex, which can be avoided by addition of smaller quantities of sensitizing agents, like ammonium salt or silicoflorids, does not start curing of compounds.

Curing

Requires Zinc Oxide and Fatty acid additions wide range of curing covering products with largerer area can be safety cured. Curring can be delayed by addition of nitroso-dipheyl amine, Benzonic acid, MBTS, curring can be activated by use of Thiurams and dithiocaroamates, magnesium oxide, carbonates, etc.

Applications

Alone with other Accelerators for all molded goods 1 to 1.8 phrs. As a sensitizing agent for latex foam rubber compounds-0.5 to 1 phrs. With addition of suitable secondary accelerators & sulphur.
