Properties

When Blended in Rubber

Rubocure TMTD disperses very well, when used in proper parts. Usual precaution with accelerators need be taken while processing rubber Mixes. Does not affect stability of latex mixes.

In latex ebonite goods, ebonite goods, heat resistant stocks. hoses 2 to 5 phr.

Uses

It is used for transparent articles, white and coloured rubber goods, bathing articles, rubber foot wears, fabric proofings, mechanical goods and fast curing ebonite and dipped goods. Since it does not produce colour, odour or taste to rubber goods, it can be used in the manufacture of rubber goods coming in contact with food stuff or drugs. It is also used as activator for mixes containing mercapto or sulphanamide type accelerators. When used in relatively high proportion with out sulphur, It is suitable for heat resistant articles.
