20 Kw Generator Control Unit

The Generator Control Unit (GCU) developed by Aero Accessories and Systems Private Limited is self contained micro controller based unit that is customized to 2 stage Brushless Generator requirement to provide voltage regulations for all load and speed variations. The GCU senses the output voltage and outputs mark space controlled current to the Stator Excitor field of the generator. The GCU also has provision for sensing rpm, load current, battery voltage and provides protection to the GCU and the Generator for any fault conditions. The unit also stores in a non-volatile memory previous records of failure related data which can be read off-line.
