Three type of designs available :
Live Tank type : This design is a single bushing design which is high on performance. In this top tank of current
transformer is at high potential and Core Coil assembly is placed in the top tank of the transformer.
Dead Tank type : This design is double bushing design and most commonly used, reliable and easy to handle
and has lesser leakage points.

Dead Tank Top Bottom Design : This design is single bushing design, it comprises of top tank and bottom tank
but unlike Live tank the corecoil assembly is placed at the bottom tank, This design is more stable as bottom tank
is heavier than the top.
