1 Inch Plastic Filter

Our range of 1 inch Plastic Filter is light-weigh, anti-corrosion (engineering plastic), anti-high pressure, safe, small water resistance, wide filtering area, long working life time.
We do not outsource the plastic vessel and just assemble them. We produce all by ourselves!
First choice for all kinds of small scale filtration system including agricultural industry, say irrigation system. Connecting line size rages as 0.75, 1.0 , 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 inch and flow rate ranges from 3M3/h to 50M3/h accordingly. Filtration accuracy ranges from 50 micron to 3500 micron depending on filtering screen upon requirement of working condition at customer site. For sizes below 3 inch, thread on line connecting mode are adopted, and are very easy to be engaged in pipe line system. For 3 inch size thread connection or flange connection modes are both available. Weight ranges from 280g of smallest o.75 inch to 4.5kg of biggest 3 inch one. Max working temperature is 60 a or 140 a equivalent. It is easy to make maintenance because top cover of filter can be turned off and filtering screen can be taken out easily for cleaning or replacing. You can also open the ball valve at the bottom of filter to discharge sewage from time to time. Low pressure loss because smooth surface of plastic body and integrated production process.
