Medium Speed Media Filter

Our range of Medium Speed Media Filter is used to remove suspended solid of water and other mechanical impurity, especially colloidal substance and aquatic. Applicable for large bypass filtration of water circulating system. It need to access compressed air when in turbid water circulating system matching with backwashing system while as no need of compress air for non-turbid water circulation system. Backwash can ensures filter media re-fresh effect and thus ensures effluent quality. The access to compressed air is aimed to reinforce media sand inside the vessel to float and collide each other when in backwash process stage, thus ensure backwash effect and efficiency and keep filer media in good filtration status continuously. Line size of water system can range from DN100 to DN250 and flow rate range from 10M3/h to 141M3/h. Top filtration speed is around 20M/h. Medium-Speed Filter is widely used for circulating water filtration in iron and steel industry, petro-chemical industry, medicine industry, textile and other industries. Multi units can be connected and work together to expand treatment volume.
