We forayed into the coating & lining industry with a cardinal aim of surpassing expectations of our clients. Armed with this single-minded mission and our deep functional expertise, we coated the first centrifuge way back in the year 1989 PTFE / HALAR Coating is used where Highly Corrosive and Abrasive products are usually processed. This coating featuring excellent corrosion resistance is done on MS/SS material of different types of process equipments, including but not limited to Centrifuge Machine, Ptfe Lined Ball Valve, Rotary Vacuum Cone Dryer, Agitator, Agitated Nutsche Filter, Receiver, Tank, Valve, Vessel, Pipe, Strainer, Thermowell and Spares for glass lined Equipment.

Process/ Plant Details


  • Coatings Thickness: 30 micron to 1.5 mm

  • Lining Thickness: 1 mm to 5 mm

  • Furnace: 3 Nos.

  • Furnace Size (max): 9ft. X 9ft. 7 ft.

  • Testing Equipments: Thickness Tester, D.C Spark Tester, Hydro Test Pump

We also have proven expertise in offering Antistatic-Electro dissipative HALAR, ETFE, PFA coating. This is developed as per prescribed safety standard and this Coating is also Food compatible.

Besides, we can provide PP Coating which is qualitatively and functionally far superior to conventional rubber lining.
