About Us

Matchless
Enterprises was
incorporated in November 1985 with a aim to serve the man-made fiber
Industry. We are engaged in developing Spare
parts and assemblies for Spinning as well as Winding Machines, Textile Gun, Yarn Suction Gun. In
the past 27 years, we have developed more than 3000 parts/ assemblies
and we regularly supply the same to most of the Manmade
Fiber manufacturers having Spinning Winding machines in India and
abroad. Development of new products is a continuous activity at our
end. In addition to this, we develop various machines/equipment for
Spray Drying plants, which find applications in various industries
like Chemical, food processing, Milk Dairies and Pharmaceutical.

Activities

We
have both modern machines and fabrication set ups. Our workforce is
qualified and experienced. Our
main activities are:

Designing and development of Custom made machinery,

Modifications and improvement in existing machines

c)
Repairs and maintenance of existing machines

d)
Development of spares.

Design
Activities

We
have excellent design set up with latest machines and softwares. 
Our design department is conversant with 3 D modeling software. Our
main activities in this division are:

a)
3 D solid parametric Modeling and 2 D manufacturing drawings
b) 3 D Midplane modeling from 2 D drawings for analysis
c) 3 D
cosmetic models (only external shape and dimensions considered ) for
Layout checking, for  marketing purpose or for erection manual.
