Standard Packaging.

Inner Protection All moving, delicate, or exposed parts are wrapped in protective material such as polyethylene (PE) foam, bubble wrap, or stretch film, to guard from scratches, dust, moisture. Sharp edges should be covered with protective guards or edge protectors (cardboard, plastic caps etc) to avoid damage to wrapping and external surfaces. Corrosion / Moisture Protection Machinery parts made of metal surfaces are given a coat of rust inhibitor or anti‑rust oil (where applicable). Use desiccant packets inside packaging if needed, especially when shipping in humid or marine‑environment. Outer surfaces could be covered with plastic sheeting or tarpaulin to seal out moisture. Wooden Crate / Box Machine is then placed in a custom wooden crate or box sized to the machine footprint + padding. Plywood or processed wood is preferred. If using solid wood pallets/crates, ensure compliance with ISPM 15 for export packaging. Padding / Shock Absorption Inside the crate, use wooden braces, foam inserts, or molded supports to hold the machine rigidly in position, preventing shift during transit. Use cushioning material to absorb shocks and vibration (rubber pads, foam, heavy duty bubble wrap). Sealing & Covering the Crate Once the machine is secured inside, the crate is closed and sealed. Gaps or joints are sealed to keep out dust and water. The whole crate may be wrapped with stretch film or tarpaulin sheet for extra weather protection. Labeling / Marking On the outside of the crate, labels should include: • Manufacturer name and address • Machine model no / serial no • Dimensions (Length × Width × Height) of crate • Handling‑instructions: “Fragile”, “Handle with Care”, “This Side Up”, “Do Not Stack” etc • Country of origin, any export markings or compliance marks Palletization (if needed) If shipment involves multiple crates or machines, arrange crates on pallets for easier loading / unloading. Secure crates to pallets using straps or banding.
