cooking or heating with hot plates. Gas fuelled hot plates and hot plates with
exposed heating elements are not allowed on campus. Hot Plates are also not
allowed to be used in any residential dormitory room.
We should never
use stainless steel on hot plates. What will happen is that the food will stick
to a stainless steel pan and chances are that food will not be cooked properly.
