Cleaning & Degreasing: Acetone is an effective, fast-drying degreaser for tools, electronics (removing rosin flux), and removing residue from surfaces (stickers, ink, superglue). Industrial Solvent & Thinner: It thins polyester resins, cleans tools used with fiber glass, and is used in manufacturing paints, varnishes, and lacquers. Chemical Manufacturing: It acts as a raw material for producing plastics (methyl methacrylate, bisphenol A), synthetic textiles, and pharmaceuticals. Laboratory & Scientific: Used for cleaning laboratory glassware due to its ability to dissolve almost all organic compounds and its rapid evaporation. Automotive & Household: Removes oil stains from concrete, degreases engines, and cleans, and removes permanent marker.
