Hello to all ,
If any item not covered all industry draw back rate. Is there any procedure to cover that item in all industry draw back for availing the draw back? Example Gold & Silver.
Secondly what is the current procedure to avail the duty draw back.
We have imported some equipments Duty Free, from Germany under ATA CARNET. On execution of these equipments the one customer ready to purchase this equipment with condition of EPCG Scheme. Can we
