Dear Madam:
I am a bonafide businessman from USA try to bring Capital Investment and assist India with US FDA guidelines and Regulatory compliance for Pharma and Biotech Companied in India. I have been harrassed (Abuse of power) by a Govt. Officer in Kolkata, India.
Is there any legal recourse to protect US citizen/ businessman trying to help India???? Otherwise, I will have no choice but do business elsewhere. It is really sad.Thank you! and God Bless.

I suggest u take decision to start ur project in the Gujarat state, India. Here the CM Mr. Narendra Modi is so transparent and he is non corrupt and takes quick action to any government body. He gives opportunity to new foreign investors in Gujarat. I can also help u for invest ur capital in the Gujarat.

Hi, i just read your posting and came to know that you are being harassed in kolkotta. I was born in Orissa and doing consultancy in taxation & marketing have to handle the problems in routine course of business. Do not entirely depends upon consultants deals directly in concern departments.
