TOPIC : Visiting Of Foreign Buyers

I am in contact with a foreign buyer for so many days. Ultimately he decides to visit us for two days to see our machines in operation. I want to know that how should we handle him or what should we do to impress him to receive his order as we are new to export business.

Dear sir,

First of all congratulations as your buyer is visiting your facility. First of all the most important thing is your infrastructure, every thing should be maintained in a proper way, If possible than every thing should be in written, like production dept... parking bays, chairman's office etc.

Please make a promise on only those matters which are possible for you to do.
