TOPIC : Trade safety & genuineness of buyer

Sir there are ample of buyers for every product, but guarantee for trade is the main agenda in this complex business environment. We export to some countries but are very cautious in dealing and payment terms, sometimes we have to miss the buyer. So please have your words suggesting exporters regarding doing business with great response from the buyers.

Well, I am responding only in respect to business with Africa. There are so many Indian companies importing into Africa, and it would be recommended that the manufacturer links up with an importer, and then visits the customer to ascertain his business status. Alternatively, a representative can be appointed to handle the business there. I live in Nigeria and can definitely state that there are a lot of good importers who are looking for good quality manufacturers.
