Hello,everyone! I'm facing a new problem and seek your advice. Of late I have received several overseas customers' inquiries. I think I have replied to each of them very professionally and have answered all their queries, but I never received their replies. This truly lets me down. What should I do? Should I keep waiting? You advice will be greatly appreciated!
