TOPIC : Best trade agent commission

Dear members, being a trade agent, I have a couple of queries regarding trade agents commission and pricing:
1. What is the proper way of including the commission when submitting a price quote to a supplier or buyer?
2. How could we include this so that the buyer and supplier don't contact each other and thus there is no fear of losing these contacts?
