Once you have received inquries how do you check if the buyer is serious and is not just shopping around.
Also his credit worthiness

I think buyers are very serious and do not have time to waste,its the sellers who donot even bother to reply to RFI sent or reply after 1 week

When you replying to a RFI ,its your first impression on the buyer so you need to make sure you reply in time and to the point
