The cost of raw material appreciate day and day.
So we have to change our price.But our customer will not accept it. We make office chairs.Many factories make office chairs are in the same situation.

It is opposite to you. The cost of raw material going up day after day. Now we sell at a loss, but importers do not think so. They think the price will come down tomorrow and always ask for lower price ! Now I can't find my way out.

You can give limitation period for prices of your product. You may keep prices for 15 days validation. Now a days every educated person can understand the material market is fluctuating. This is the trial way to satisfy the customers.
