Its special layered structure enables high-efficiency impact reinforcement both at ambient temperature and low temperature requiring only small addition amounts to upgrade PVC toughness significantly. Thanks to its all-acrylic saturated structure it outperforms CPE and MBS in weather and UV resistance resisting yellowing and cracking under prolonged outdoor sunlight and humid heat.This modifier shows great compatibility with all mainstream PVC stabilizers including calcium-zinc and lead salts. It facilitates smooth plasticization during processing expands the allowable processing temperature range and supports high-speed extrusion. End products added with IM-60 gain glossy flawless surfaces with few fisheyes so the product is widely adopted for outdoor plastic steel profiles pvc pipes profile PVC products fitting and SPC flooring.
