UsageIM-60 acrylic impact modifier is designed for outdoor rigid PVC goods. You can adjust its usage amount according to how thick your finished products are and how long they will stay outdoors. Simply blend it with PVC powder stabilizers mineral fillers lubricants and other additives inside a high-speed mixer. Once evenly mixed the compound can be processed via extrusion or injection molding. This modifier is compatible with both eco-friendly calcium-zinc stabilizers and lead salt stabilizers and works with common manufacturing methods such as single-screw extrusion twin-screw extrusion and injection molding. It is widely used for producing plastic steel doors and windows outdoor sheets water pipes profile PVC products fitting and SPC flooring.
