BC Place Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium located at the north side of False Creek, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Opened: June 19, 1983. It is a state-of-the-art venue like no other. A one-of-a-kind retractable roof - the largest in the world - reveals over 7,500 square metres of sky and has created a year-round facility for world class events in beautiful British Columbia.
