Q. What is the difference between Sella Rice and Brown Rice?

While sella rice is less sticky and firm, brown rice is chewy and nutty in flavour. If sella rice is used Polao and Biryani, brown rice is cooked with stuffed peppers, casseroles, stir-fry dishes, and rice pilaf.
