Golden Sella Rice

Golden Sella Rice is the quality, long-grained and perfectly textured rice that is partially boiled. It appears pale yellow after parboiling, and therefore, it is often called Golden Sella Basmati Rice. This particular rice is generally much demanded in wedding receptions, parties and other occasions when guests are served this high quality rice with meat or just as plain rice with a distinct aroma. Golden Sella Rice is high in demand in overseas markets especially in the Middle East countries, Southeast Asia and East Asia.

There is a difference between the plain edible rice and Golden Sella Rice. The difference is that while the normal rice is smaller in size and less in aroma than the golden sella rice. In comparison to white rice, Golden Sella Rice contains fewer carbohydrates, fewer calories, more protein and more fibre. This makes Golden Sella rice a healthier choice over traditional white rice.
