Q. What is the difference between cocoa powder and chocolate?

Chocolate is made of cocoa solids cocoa butter and sugar while cocoa powder is mainly cocoa solids extracted from roasted cocoa beans. Chocolate you eat today has little bitterness while cocoa powder is purely bitter thereby treated to make chocolate.
